Write a summary about the article in the magazine: Prince William and Kate Middleton and do the activities in the worksheet.
1. Prince William
The British have always loved Prince William. His mother, Princess Diana, was adored by the public. She died in 1997. Many people think that William should be the next king of the United Kingdom, not his father, Prince Charles.

William went to the best schools in Britain ant then started to do humanitarian and charity work. He lived and worked for a year in Chile, Belize and Africa. In Chile he taught English in schools. In Belize, he was in the British Army and did not get any special treatment. William also worked on a farm in England.
2. Kate Middleton
Royal normally marry nobility. But Kate Middleton is an exception. Kate is from a rich family, but they are not royalty. Some of her ancestors were poor miners and her mother was an air hostess. The British think it is incredible that a "commoner" will marry the future king of the UK.

Kate's parents started selling party accessories on the internet. At first, they used their cataloger. They soon became millionaries and were able to pay for Kate to go the best Bristish schools. 
3. The Royal wedding
 William asked kate to marry him in November 2910 when they were on holiday in Africa. He gave Kate a sapphire engagement ring which  belonged to his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.  is special to me," says William. The Bristish public love Kate and want a fairytale princess. It's a log of pressure and responsiblity for he. William's grandmother, the Queen, is "delighted" about the wedding.
